TERMS AND
CONDITIONS.

Last updated: 22 July 2026

These Terms govern website access, account creation and participation in The 24 Club by Correr Lisboa urban challenge. By creating an account, participants confirm they have read and accept the version in force.

The challenge is free. Sales are made through two optional physical kits — the Starter Kit and Finisher Kit — whose prices, contents and conditions are stated in these Terms and will be confirmed again before payment.

2. The 24 Club

The 24 Club is a running challenge to conquer Lisbon’s 24 civil parishes. The platform provides a digital passport, activity submissions when validation is available, status tracking and public challenge information.

The 24 Club is not personalised coaching, medical advice, insurance, transport or the automatic organisation of a road race. A feature marked “coming soon” or as a demonstration is not a commitment to a particular availability date.

3. Account and eligibility

  • Provide true, complete and current information and keep the password confidential.
  • Do not share an account or use another person’s identity or activities.
  • Be at least 18, or participate with a legal representative’s authorisation and supervision.
  • Promptly report unauthorised account use.
  • Use the service only lawfully and consistently with these Terms.

Participants are responsible for activity through their account until unauthorised use is reported, subject to applicable statutory protections.

4. Official conquest rule

A civil parish is conquered only when the same activity meets every condition:

  • It is a valid running activity.
  • It starts within the official boundaries of the civil parish.
  • It ends within the official boundaries of the same civil parish.
  • It covers at least 5 kilometres in total.
  • It includes at least 1 kilometre run within the civil-parish boundaries.
  • It contains valid GPS data.
  • It meets all technical and integrity criteria.

Each activity can validate only one civil parish. Passing through other parishes does not conquer them in that activity. The official cartographic boundaries adopted by the project on the validation date are used.

5. Activity submission and validation

  • Participants must be entitled to submit a file and ensure it represents their own activity.
  • GPS quality, accuracy and continuity may affect the result.
  • Where technically possible, the outcome shows each criterion and the reason for non-validation.
  • An activity may enter review or be rejected for anomalies, inconsistencies or signs of manipulation.
  • Participants may request review through the general contact, identifying the activity without publishing the route.

A conquest is awarded only after the criteria are verified. Device, signal or format failures and insufficient data do not require manual validation or an award.

6. Integrity and prohibited use

  • Editing, fabricating, duplicating or manipulating a GPX to gain a conquest.
  • Submitting another person’s activity, using motorised transport or misrepresenting the activity type.
  • Circumventing boundaries, security controls, rate limits or integration rules.
  • Bulk extraction, unauthorised vulnerability testing or interference with the platform.
  • Publishing unlawful, discriminatory or abusive content or violating third-party privacy or rights.

A breach may result in cancelled conquests, clarification requests, suspension or closure, proportionately and with an opportunity to contact us unless urgent security or fraud risk prevents it.

7. Free participation and physical kits

The challenge is free and includes an account, activity submissions when available, a map, progress, digital conquests and a digital completion certificate after all 24 parishes have been validated. No purchase is required to conquer Lisbon or obtain digital Finisher status.

Physical products represent moments in the experience and are sold only through the following kits:

  • Starter Kit — €29.90: available exclusively when purchase is completed during the first 48 consecutive hours after registration. It includes the official The 24 Club t-shirt, official passport and Premium Starter Edition box carrying “The Journey Begins”.
  • Finisher Kit — €39.90: available exclusively after the profile records all 24 parishes as conquered. It includes the official The 24 Club cup, physical Finisher certificate and Premium Finisher Edition box carrying “Earned. Not Given.”
  • There is one official t-shirt version, included only in the Starter Kit. There is no separate Finisher t-shirt; that status is represented by the profile and eligibility for the Finisher Kit.
  • The passport is received only through the Starter Kit and follows the entire journey. It includes member identification and number, QR Code, rules, a map of the 24 parishes and a double-page spread for each parish.
  • Purchasing the Starter Kit marks official club belonging and access, when available, to the exclusive ranking, member events and discounts. Conditions for each event or discount will be communicated with that initiative.
  • The four official product objects are the t-shirt, passport, Finisher cup and Premium box. There are no pins, patches, medals, wristbands or keyrings. The physical certificate is a recognition document included in the Finisher Kit.

Completing all 24 parishes makes the participant eligible for the Finisher Kit but does not require its purchase and does not condition recognition of completion on the profile.

While Starter Kit purchasing is unavailable on the platform, registration does not start the 48-hour period. The beginning and end of the window will be calculated by the server and displayed before purchase.

Displayed prices include legally applicable taxes. Delivery charges, if any, are shown before ordering. T-shirt sizing, personalisation, finishes, delivery time and method will be confirmed before payment.

Mandatory distance-selling consumer rights apply, including the right of withdrawal where legally applicable. Any exception concerning goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised will apply only to items meeting the legal requirements and will be disclosed before purchase.

8. Personal safety

Urban running involves risk. Participants should assess fitness, seek professional advice where needed, choose safe conditions and follow road rules, signage, private-property restrictions, works and authority instructions.

The civil-parish map shows administrative boundaries; it is not a route, access or safety recommendation. Participants decide where and when to run and remain responsible for water, equipment, visibility, weather and an emergency contact.

9. Content, trade marks and licences

The brand, identity, copy, interface, stamps and original components belong to their respective owner or are used with permission. The skyline and cartography retain the attribution and conditions of their sources.

Participants retain rights in submitted content and grant only the non-exclusive, limited licence needed to host, process, validate and display it to them and, with authorisation, publish selected Hall of Fame information. The licence ends on deletion, subject to temporary technical copies and legal duties.

10. Availability and changes

We aim for a reliable service and consistent results, but maintenance, failures, provider changes or downtime may occur. Rules will not be changed retroactively to remove valid conquests except to correct fraud, material error or comply with law.

Material criteria or Terms changes will be notified reasonably in advance where possible. A participant who disagrees may stop using the service and request account closure.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for a participant’s route decisions, device or GPS failure, third-party downtime or content, or unforeseeable indirect loss. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury where the law so provides.

Mandatory consumer rights remain fully applicable.

12. Privacy and termination

Personal-data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy. Participants may request account closure. We may suspend or close an account for a serious or repeated breach, fraud, third-party risk or legal obligation, retaining only data that must be kept.

13. Governing law and consumer disputes

Portuguese law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in the country of residence where applicable. Before going to court, please contact us so that we can seek a solution.

Consumers may use the competent alternative consumer-dispute body. For contracts concluded in the Lisbon Metropolitan Area, the Lisbon Consumer Conflict Arbitration Centre may be competent. The current official list should be checked with the Portuguese Directorate-General for Consumers.
